"Nightmare to ring up !"

About: Tameside General Hospital

I went to the dermatologists in January they prescribed me cream and sent me on my way , the person I seen didn't have the bests English and couldn't really understand me , the cream made things worst and so I tried to ring up and get in touch but they never answer the phone ever!! I've rang every day for last 3 weeks , so now I'm waiting (hoping !) my follow up in 3 months comes through soon I've ask doctor and the doctor told me to be patient , this is the longest 3 month ever ! There should be a contact number or even a email to contact them instead I'm stuck waiting that one day the appointment letter comes through ??
