"Really grumpy nurse and poor time slots for..."

No time slots available outside 9-5 Mon to Friday

Nurse had a very poor bedside manner; clearly having a bad day or just couldn't be bothered. If the former, I forgive them. Either way that kind of attitude has no place in the NHS.

The Deputy Directorate Manager for Medicine, Trafford and Altrincham Hospitals would like to apologise for your poor experience. The behaviour you describe the phlebotomist exhibiting falls below the standard expected from a member of Trust staff. The Deputy Directorate Manager will ensure that your concerns are discussed at the next team meeting so that lessons can be learnt and your experience not repeated.

We are sorry to hear the time slots were not convenient. Outside of these core hours phlebotomy services can be accessed by attending community clinics and GP practices which you might find more convenient around your work commitments.
