"Urgent referral wait"

About: Royal Free Hospital

Have been given an urgent referral by my GP two weeks ago, called hospital five days later to find out the date of my appointment and was told that my referral is still being processed. Still nothing two weeks after referral, not even a letter explaining what is happening.

Stressful, agonizing wait.
