"Support worker AWOL phone number at Cavendish..."

I have been seeing a support worker. However without notice this perso has failed to turn up for the arranged appointments. Does not answer the phone. Have contacted Cavendish House to enuire about this and they promised that I would be contacted. Now 4 weeks later without support and Cavendish house telephone number is not available. I am really struggling and feel disgusted that someone in the role of a support worker could let me down like this
