"Unhelpful - hearing no better!"

I have now been three times with this set of hearing aids. Each time the machine "tweeks" my aids, but I find within 24 hours they are no better! Fine if you want to hear what is going on in another room!! I have phoned the Boston number I have (weekly for the past month, and got an answer phone) No one has got back to me, and things are deteriorating

This is not helping me at all. I do not know where to turn to. It seems no one listens to the answer phone!!

Dear Anonymous,

I am very sorry to hear that your hearing aids are no better after being re-tuned, if you could make contact with me I will arrange a full reassessment appointment for you.

We do not currently use an answer machine in our department so perhaps you have been put through to a wrong number. Please ring us on 01205 446478 and we will arrange an appointment for you.
