"Wonderful"

About: Croydon University Hospital

I went to the emergency eye clinic as I had an eyelash in my eye that I wouldn't come out. It was annoying me - making my eye so red, bloodshot and red. I couldn't sleep well either. Several friends told me to go to Croydon University Hospital which I did.

The receptionist was so lovely and very nice, welcoming, smiley and friendly. I didn't have to wait long to see the nurse -45 minutes. The nurse was nice and very helpful. I then only had to wait 15 minutes to see the doctor who was wonderful. The doctor was so nice, friendly and helpful. I was crying and very scared but the doctor made me feel so comfortable and reassured me. The doctor managed to get the eyelash out of my eye, asked me how I was and answered all my questions I had.

All the staff were very wonderful and flawless. So nice! I can't fault it all all. Thank you very much for all your help. My eye is so much better and i am so grateful.

Dear Anonymous

I am very pleased that you had such a good experience at the eye clinic and that the staff were able to restore a smile. The emergency eye clinic at Croydon University Hospital is run by Moorfields Eye Hospital, so I will make sure that your kind comments are passed on to their wonderful staff. Thank you for letting us know.
