Whilst the ability for disabled patients to park free is much appreciated, the climb uphill from the main multi-storey car park to the Brain Centre when pushing an adult in a wheelchair is unacceptable, especially as you have to navigate across multiple kerbs & road crossings through a never ending building site. It is also unfortunate that patients are now seen in a large communal room for blood tests & examinations, which lacks dignity and privacy.
