I've been having suicidal thoughts and kept acting on them I feel that I am becoming unwell again and I've tried speaking to my mental health worker about it but she won't listen to what I have to say and I tried to speak to the crisis Team but they won't do anything to help I'm at the point where I just want to give up on everything it seems like no one is helping me at all.

Response from Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

From your comments we are worried that you do not have the support and resources that can help you deal with your difficult feelings.

Giving advice or comments about your situation is not possible without knowing more about your individual and unique experiences.

We'd recommend that you contact your GP and tell them clearly how you are feeling so that they can direct you to the most appropriate support.

If you ever feel you need urgent help please call the Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90 or visit their website www.samaritans.org.

Our colleagues in the Patient Advice and Liaison Service can offer you advice, support and information too. Please contact them on pals@nsft.nhs.uk or BT Freephone: 0800 279 7257 (calls from mobiles and other providers may charge) between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday - outside these hours you can leave a message on the PALS voicemail which we aim to respond on the next working day. Please quote ref N16-5 so that they can connect your contact with this message
