GP referral was meant to be have been made in Nov/Dec 2015. Chased in April 2015 when I was informed the request was re-sent. (GP may have only sent the referral in April). Received confirmation of an ENT appointment for August 2016.
I tried to email to reschedule and the email address rejected. Re-sent it to the IT helpdesk and that email also rejected. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone number listed.
Words fail me!
