(as a carer),

I am a carer and the person I care for comes back from Community Links mostly more stressed, down and anxious than previously. From what I have heard from others that go there as well is not alone in this. To me the place seems to make some clients there more anxious, they appear to be disrespectful towards a lot, harassing plus treating them like children at times.

The service users seem to be in fear of been told that they can't use the service anymore and this can happen anytime. The is only one person who seems to know what they are doing and do it very well. I'm afraid the others do come across as doing more harm than good, and so far bringing this to Managements attention has done no good.

It would be nice if someone impartial could look into this.

Community Links aim to provide a high quality and respectful service to all our service users, without exception. It is difficult to respond to the concerns you have raised without having more details.

We always welcome feedback from our service users and carers as this helps us to review and improve the quality of our services. We would strongly encourage you to contact us directly to enable us to fully investigate and address your concerns as it would appear that this issue has not been resolved.
