What could be improved

i feel the service given to my mother currently is shocking!!!!

she is suffeing from gallstones and is in constant pain however for some reason she has to wait months to just see a consultant(to point out she is still waiting and has been told she has got to go stamford) and when she eventually gets to see the consultant i expect her to wait another couple of months to have the operation she needs to live life like she should i feel this is totally unacceptable if you are ill and in constanst pain logically you should be treated i pay my taxes and national insurance but to no avail i understand the pressures on the nhs service but this standards that are achieved now are shocking

The Trust takes the experiences of patients and visitors to our hospitals very seriously and we aim to provide a safe, caring and effective service.
