"Operation being cancelled twice"

About: Raigmore Hospital

(as the patient),

I have had my operation cancelled due to "lack of beds" twice now I have waited for months over the time period for my operation but today it was cancelled for a second time. After waiting for several hours in a room I was told to go home. When I asked who I should complain to I was told to google it.
