(as the patient),

Daniel is my therapist, my appointments go very well and he explains everything really clearly to me. He gives me exercise books and shows me how to do the exercises and I’ve been doing them every day which I think is helping. He has a lovely friendly personality and I’ve received excellent medical attention. I don’t have any suggestions for improvement at all! Everything has been really clearly stated to me and he said if I run into difficulty just to call and they’ll see me again. The receptionist was really lovely too
