What I liked
I was treated on arrival at A&E courtesly and as it was early morning did not wait long to see the Triage nurse. I eventauly had to spend nine hours in the hospital, not waiting but whilst a total medical was carried out and investigatory work to find the reason for the pain I was suffering. I was seen by doctors who specialised in the "Medical " diagnosis and doctors who were bone /joint specialsts and surgeons. I was x-rayed quickly and efficiently and treated with respect all the time I was there and in the observation ward where I spent most of the day. Diagnosis has yet to be confirmed and a follow up apppointment was arranged as required. I have unfortunately had to have a fair amount of contact with the hospital service recently and I have to say that I am more than satisfied and a little surprised at the quality of service and ongoing treatment I have received for a number of problems I have had over the past few months. Well Done
What could be improved
I have no obvious points to raise.
