"Do they ever answer the phone?"

About: Babington Hospital

After hearing that our father had been taken to Babington, both my sister and myself tried calling to find out about his progress but no-one answered. We eventually managed to speak to him on his mobile.

Then we heard this afternoon from our stepmother that he was being transferred to Derby but as she is ill herself and did not have all the details we both tried calling again over a period of 1.5 hours, again, no answer. As my father's mobile, understandably, is off we are left with no information and unable to find out what is ,happening. Their nursing may be excellent, I don't know as I have been unable to visit yet, but their communication is abysmal.
