"Beware don't expect help"

Was told through a friend about this service. Initially they came home and promised to help a family member who was out of control and unpredictable. The interpreter was telling their own version instead of the truth. They offer a 24 hour helpline only to tell you to call the police when contacted. Not helpful at all.

When we ring to discuss treatment or what's being done to help the patient, they say oh we can't discuss that its confidential.

This pathetic organisation never keep their word and don't cooperate. Expect no hope from them. The best option is to seek private help. Biggest gimic I've eve come across. Disappointing is an understatement.
