When I turned to the crisis team for help I wasn't given any help at all. I feel discriminated against and that some of the staff don't have any empathy or compassion when it comes to listening to what your problems are, I felt that they didn't care as long as they got their boxes ticked and got to go home. The people who I saw wasn't very helpful and one of them had a bit of attitude on them, I they 'spoke' to me for about ten minutes and sent me on my way with little support, they said they'd call me the next day but two days later the still haven't because of this I felt worse than I did when I went in there for help. They also told my friend on the phone that I was just wasting their time. Wasting their time? I wanted some help but because I wasn't trying to jump off a cliff they quite frankly didn't care. I definitely wouldn't go to them again, I'll just have to deal with my problems my own way.
