"waste of time"

When you attend they talk the talk but that's it. As soon as you walk out they do nothing to help.

You do everything they ask, attend every meeting for them to brush you under the carpet. In 1 year of starting with them I have seen 4 different people, each one promising the earth and deliver nothing. Finally ring to complain ask to speak to management no-one around, ask them to ring me back. Ignore me again. how are people menat to help themselves when being treated like this ??
