"Anxious mammogram !"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

I would like to thank the staff member that I bumped into in the car park who explained the payment system to me and then kindly directed me to the breast screening unit. It was my first visit to the hospital and obviously an anxious one, we shared a joke as to what women have to go through as they directed me to the unit which helped relieve my anxiety and wished me well - I wish I had asked their name so they would receive these thanks.

I arrived at the screening clinic was greeted by a friendly receptionist, treated by a radiologist who introduced them-self and explained everything and was back at my car within half an hour!

As a first experience of your hospital I couldn't ask for better - thank you
