"Disgraceful visit to Edinburgh a and e"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency

(as a carer),

Sat there with my daughter for over 3 hours. From what I saw, the floors were crawling with dirt. The toilets were horrible and in the 3 hours I was there not 1 person cleaned the floor or the toilet. Finding a chair to wheel my daughter around was an absolute battle as there was 0 porters. This is disgraceful!

I am so sorry to read your post about your experiences whilst at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh with your daughter lsat week. It does not sound as though the department was as clean as it should be.
