There seems to be very little regard for patients or relatives. 136 suite let someone go who then was then brought back to them by the Police. Considered releasing the person a second time even though they were aware that they were a danger to themselves. Relative turned up to collect and had not been told that the person had already left. A very much 'so what' attitude from staff.
Person admitted eventually and then had to ask for medication. Medication still not sorted out by midday the following day.
Staff seem to prefer to sit in their office than spend time with patients.
