About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

My mother had to be admitted suddenly last month on a Friday night. Arriving at A&E is an eye-opener, the place was jam packed but we were seen quickly and a team of lovely, caring and professional clinicians / doctors swiftly admitted my mother and she was kept in.

I would say the entire team of people working there need a medal and way more recognition than they get for the job they do as some of the people waiting in A&E looked like they'd spent the entire night in the pub.

Thank you for your very kind comments about the A&E department. I am glad that your mother was seen promptly and received good care and treatment. A&E is a very busy and challenging environment and I am sure that the A&E team will be pleased to receive your positive feedback. I do hope that your mother has recovered from her episode of illness.
