The temporary A&E set up is very poor in terms of privacy/dignity for patients.

You could both see and hear patients being treated.

I appreciate that it is undergoing renovations but surely that should not affect patient care standards.

We are grateful for your feedback and are continually reviewing patients' comments so we can try and make improvements where we can during the renovation works.

Ensuring privacy and dignity is maintained is extremely important and we will share your comments with the staff on the unit.
