"Parking Disgrace"

My complaint is that for new or occasional visitors the charging for parking is difficult to understand. They expect to pay at a barrier on exit. No such barriers exist.

This confusion is increased because there is demolition going on all over the place and presumably some visitors like me have mobility problems. They cannot search in unlikely places for unusual payment mechanisms.

I would be interested to know how many fines Gemeni Parking award a month?
