"Poor service for family planning"

Every time my daughter needs to renew her contraceptive pill she has had to wait from 1 to 2 hours to see a nurse, I appreciate that patients need to be checked before a repeat prescription is administered but today after a 2 hour wait she and her friend were told to make a new appointment. A nurse did turn up but only stayed for half hour stating they had other stuff to do.

I feel that this service is a vital service for young girls and if this is the only way they can receive their contraception, your service could be to blame for unwanted pregnancies.

Please respond to inform us how we can get a better service or is this how the NHS is forcing people into private healthcare if they can afford it ?
