What I liked
Being treated as a whole person, not just a symptom. I have been treated for a long term illness and during relapses my doctor helped keep hope alive that I would recover. I am very grateful for the support offered and for the efficacy of the medicines which have made such a difference to my life.
What could be improved
Waiting times in the Pharmacy?
