On arrival on both occasions at gynea reception I have been ignored by the same receptionist who just carried on typing away! Very rude and I had to sit down as I was ready for collapsing with the heat.
Other patients said the same, it's a shame as the nursing staff on clinics and the lovely staff who do the hysterscopy are amazing and really look after you and put you at ease!! Well done ... but please sort out your rude and miserable receptionist!!#
