"Absolutely nothing They did ..."

What I liked

Absolutely nothing They did not give me enough information and certainly did not listen to my thoughts or comments.

Then on top of this due to the hospital care I have a hospital acquired infection - no thanks to them I have now had to have loads of time off work and will not be paid when this should have been a very simple procedure.

What could be improved

The cleanliness so people are not made sick after their operations and involving people in their care instead of assuming they know best and meaning that they are forced to undergo extra operations which should not have been necessary simply because they were not listened to in the first place.
