"Terrible hospital"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

I was told by my GP to make a blood test appointment,for some reason they stopped doing that so had to phone hospital as child is under 13yrs.phone them no one answers keeps saying busy. The person at the reception was rude saying. Appointment was given for 1 month later ,terrible.
