What a great experiance today at Tameside Hospital, visited the childrens outpatients and CRI department. All staff were fantastic from the welcome at the main reception, the staff in the CRI department and the staff in children's outpatients; reception ladies, nurses and consultant, they were all extremely friendly and professional.
We expected to be there for a couple of hours but was in and out in half an hour, very efficient and well organised.
