"Wonderful Flexibility"

I attended Rochdale Infirmary today for an outpatient MRI appointment. Due to some administrative mistakes, I ended up not being in the schedule in the right place. However, the staff went out of their way and above and beyond the call of duty to fit me in at their own cost, while also being exceptionally competent and professional in all other aspects. I received a world-class healthcare service today.
