As this was my first encounter with "general anaesthetic" it was with some trepidation that I entered Emerson Green for my procedure. All my concerns/worries were soon displaced. All members of staff were more than helpful. Any questions/concerns were answered and I was made to feel at ease. Thank you to all staff concerned in my brief stay
