Excellent healthcare isn't just about direct patient care. Back room services such as PALS can have a huge impact on people.

I had to contact Medway Maritime PALS about a delayed Max Fac referral and was fortunate to get through to a member of staff. They were highly professional, friendly, efficient and kind. I felt confident in their ability to get things sorted out, which they did incredibly quickly. I'd like to pass on my sincere thanks to them for that amazing service. Medway Maritime is very lucky to have them on the team.
