(as the patient),

Dr kerr I seen today listened to me, he was compassionate, respectful had a lovely manner he explained things to me, the nurse were lovely to, the staff in hallways seemed to have a very friendly attitude, the nurse that took my blood was good & funny lol everyone was very cheerful & respectful, I felt very relieved and satisfied to have a diagnosis so soon, thanks to everyone's expertise, thank you.
