"Treated very well by staff"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was recently admitted to the Morton ward at Nottingham City Hospital because I was having pain in my chest. I was very pleased with the treatment given by the staff, they did absolutely everything for me. I am sorry to say though the meals were always cold. I was in hospital for 6 days but I’m still not sure why I was there as I wasn’t given as much information as I would have wanted. I know I was given an angiogram and now I have found out that I need a heart by-pass but I am not sure when though. Overall I was treated very well.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback regarding your recent treatment at the NUH - City Campus.

I am sorry that you were not fully informed regarding your stay and will forward this on to the team, they are always striving to improve patient services and are grateful for comments they receive.

Wishing you all the best with your heart by-pass and for the future.
