"Superb care but chaotic appointment system !"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

I spent a week on this ward and the staff were all superb, they made my anxious time bearable.

I really couldn't have asked for better care even if I'd gone private.

My only complaint is the appointment system to consult with a cardiologist to say the least it is chaotic. I had my angiogram 29/04/16 and the doctor tried on that day to arrange this without success, I have since been given 3 dates and had them taken away.

All I can say is to mess with patients who have heart problems and are awaiting heart surgery in my opinion is just wrong and needs correcting !
