"Disgraceful"

Family member was advised to go here today and then got a call to say go down at 9pm! It's now 10.20pm and been told to go home as no beds available! What a total shambles! Why tell us to bring them over when it's over 40mins away for you then to tell us 1.2 hrs later you have no beds!

Will be making an official complaint as this is totally unacceptable and has now set back my family member even further!
