I was recently seen in A&E for a pain in my wrist. I had the pain for about a month and on that morning it had gotten considerably worse. I only had an hour wait before being taken to the back. The x-ray techs were very kind and the staff and doctor were very considerate and caring. The doctor informed me that I had a broken wrist ( and that next time I'm in that much pain not to wait to "see if it will stop hurting" ). They plastered my wrist and gave me an appointment for the fracture clinic. Everyone from start to finish was very caring and kind. It put my fears at ease and made my experiences there very pleasant!
"Everyone was so kind..."
