"Great visit to endoscopy suite crosshouse hospital"

About: Crosshouse Hospital

(as the patient),

I was dreading my appointment, I didn't know what to expect as I hadn't had good experiences previously in other departments and in other hospitals.

I need not have worried. All staff were friendly and courteous, my care was excellent. Special thanks goes to the kind nurse who supplied me with a heated blanket.
