"core stability works"

About: new rotherham health centre at beatson clark

(as the patient),

Aafter having my baby i was having difficulty with some movement, sciatica and back pain. This course of short sessions helped me get back some core strength and movements and they also spotted an old injury which was the long term cause of my pain and corrected it! Just by spending that time to dig a little deaper to find the route cause. The only suggestion i would make, would be to make it clear that the first session is deliberatly light to assess the patients needs and the second session puts you to work, so don't quit after the first session, do go back.

I support the organisation in making sure that the voice of patients and the public is heard and used in planning services. This involves running events, managing surveys, and building networks with the local community.
