My teenage son had to go for ingrown toenail surgery. The two ladies who did it were absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The telephone services are ridiculous and not fit for purpose. Booking centre don't seem to know what they're doing

I am sorry you have had problems with the booking service. There have been some difficulties with our new Single Point of Contact and are working hard to rectify them.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback and I am glad to hear that the staff were excellent to your son, in what can be a very painful procedure. I am sorry to see that you had difficulties with the booking service. I have fedback to both teams, so that the booking centre can learn from your comments.
