Explanation of everything given by Cathy, good care and I was allowed to come in with my Dad for results.

Dear cind,

Many thanks for taking the time to post your comments about your experience within our endoscopy unit. I am delighted to hear that the staff looked after you both so well. It is good to involve relatives in the care of patients especially when receiving results as sometimes patients only take in some part of the conversation and then the relatives can refresh the whole conversation at a later time. I will be sure to share your comments with the endoscopy staff especially Cathy,
