"Every time I've been, NEVER once treated fairly"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

The first time I came to bri I had my son, the heating was broken so we was sweating like mad, the food was absolutely disgusting I tried it and I'd rather starve, I was 17 had my son young, I pressed the button many of times the staff would only come and tell me to turn the button off NEVER did they ask how me and the baby was or why I pressed it, last time I pressed the button was to show my mum that nobody bothers, I walked down to reception to see the staff having tea! Second time my son was coverd in a rash on my 18th birthday, funnily enough BRI had no idea what happened or why, they kept him in for a week still didn't bother to find out what was wrong!!!! evidentially they are absolutely rubbish and not one staff member knows how to do their job!!! 3rd time I'm here with my son got here 2 hours ago there was 3 kids waiting to be seen 2 hours later ONE child has been seen and more teenagers and adults are seen before any other kid!!! My son had breathing problems with this rash when he was young and they couldn't stop it all they did was give him steroids for something they didn't have a clue what was happening to him or how to make it better!!! I have never been so fuming with a dirty nasty rude hospital in all my life it's been named and shamed the filthiest hospital in Yorkshire so be proud of that disgusting title cause everyone who works here are an absolute disgrace never putting Holstein or baby's first rather every person who has a cut on their finger or a twisted ankle, never come here if it's life threatening as they really don't care.
