"Frustrating and abandonded"

I have found Waterford Hse s disappointing. I have felt that a lot of times I was not listend to. One day when I was at my lowest I called to only be put on hold in the end o have enough of waiting to be taken of hold I hang up And turned to a friend. A lot of times my calls are never returned. Letters never sent, no support at stressful meetings, take months to sort out things that needed to be done quicker. Not getting support from your care co-ordinator. Waiting ages for replacement care co-ordinator I feel abandoned and alone and let down. so you stop calling the out of hours as they seem not to help self harming has got worst since getting involved with waterford Hse. I think there a lack of leadership and there no one I can turn to when I at my lowest.
