"Excellent care"

I spent two nights (11 and 12 April) as an inpatient on the Hopkins Ward at the Royal Berkshire Hospital and wish to say thank you to all nursing staff, doctors, consultants and ancillary staff who were involved with my care.

All staff were efficient, friendly, approachable and helpful. The attention and care afforded to me was excellent.

The room was clean and the facilities good.

The food was well presented and hot, as were the tea and coffee.

Many thanks for looking after me so well.

I’m now home and will take it easy for the next few weeks.
