"Zero stars for Urology"

The senior staff dealing with my kidney cancer (tumour diagnosed over a month ago at 7cm), were appalling.

The staff in the scan departments were wonderful but the Consultant dealing with my case was particularly poor to the point of being rude and obstructive, and actually suggested a "do nothing and wait and see" approach which is not an option with this cancer in a reasonably young and healthy person.

My treatment has been so bad and slow that I have been forced to opt for treatment at Bristol, much further away for me but I feel that my life depends on the change.
