What I liked

Care of staff and doctors and the way they helped in what ways they could.

What could be improved

A seperate shower for men and women. We had to share the same shower and if you have to follow a man in a bathroom you will understand what I am on about. Dirt on the shower florr area, Bristles and shaving cream all over the sink, Toilet seats left up. Being disabled I am unable to sit in a bath so had no choice but to clean up before I could have a shower. Not nice at all.

Anything else?

Yes why is there no thought for the disabled and handicaped in regards as to the distance we have to get to the Rheumatology and Pain Management. Why move us from A1 where everything was on hand for those who are crippled with pain and move us as far from the main entrance as you could put us. What have we done to deserve such unconsideration.
