What I liked

I had a miscarriage i was in a lot of pain and i was very scared. I was treated with kindness and the emergency nursing staff took the time to make me feel calm safe and informed. I did not feel like a number or a burden and i was informed of every step of the process. A doctor came to see me to reassure me of what i was experiencing and what to expect a doctor from the Gynaecology ward came to ensure that i was in no danger and made the necessary tests and then,the most remarkable consultant ensured that i was thoroughly checked, informed and advised. I felt protected and safe and not once did i feel like a burden. I cannot thank the people who helped me through that ordeal enough. Thank you.

What could be improved

I found the standard to be very high and i found that the staff not only did their job but they gave of themselves in kindness and friendliness. I can make no suggestions of improvement only congratulate you for what you have already achieved.
