What I liked
I was given alot of respect at the hospital.All my appointments have been quick,and not placed on long waiting lists
What could be improved
The waiting room door at the day surgery needs attention as it would not stay closed and sitting in the waiting area was very cold.
Anything else?
All the staff are very pleasant and friendly,made me feel relaxed when i was quite nervous.After my op,I really appreciated the support they gave me.
