(as the patient),

Had ACL reconstruction surgery last week, Day Case on the Sandbourne Ward at Royal Bournemouth Hospital. I can't begin to say how great full I was for the care & professionlism I received from all the staff I encountered. In particular the Irish Nurse Gracie & Vicky. 5 Star Service! ! ! ! !
